A focused, intensive format for busy couples who want meaningful change without long-term weekly sessions. Four 2-hour sessions, designed to go beyond surface-level couples work and access the patterns that keep you stuck. Combines the depth of an intensive retreat with the flexibility of regular therapy. Ideal for couples who want transformative, relational work but have limited time.

This is an intensive, bespoke, in-person only programme in Portugal for those who are ready to do deep relational work. You'll be invited to step away from the roles you've been living, re-connect with what's beneath the surface and meet each other again. It's a space for honest exploration and emotional repair.

2600 euros

110 euros per session (50 mins session)

This is a one-off session for those, who want to get a deeper understanding of their transgenerational scenarios, identify main patterns, blocks and repetitions. 

220 euros (1.5 hours session)
