We are living through the pandemic of emotional loneliness and disconnection.
Despite having more channels than ever to connect, many people feel unseen, misunderstood and alone, whether in their interpersonal relationships, families, teams and leadership roles.
Emotional disconnection is not benign. It affects mental health, physical wellbeing, confidence, leadership effectiveness and our ability to feel safe with others.
And yet, most of us were never taught how to relate.
Instead, we rely on unconscious relational strategies, patterns we developed early in life to stay loved, safe, in control and to belong. What was adaptive then, often becomes maladaptive.
This workshop is an invitation to interrupt that cycle and learn how to be relational with your partners, children, friend or colleagues.
